Contract Sales - Business Development Executive
We are interested in seasoned contract sales professional to help Variér develop the contract side of the business. This is truly a ground floor opportunity with the opportunity for dramatic growth. . You should have at least 3 years of experience directly in contract sales of commercial furniture within the corporate and or hospitality environments. Unprecedented opportunities for growth and territories, as Variér is new to contract sales in the US and Canada.
Preferred skills would include the ability to leverage extensive existing contacts as well as the ability to develop new relationships with people in a position to influence purchasing decisions in their market or within their respective companies. Ideal candidate should be professional yet personable, highly motivated, people oriented, focused, flexible, exemplary at social skills, good organizational skills, proficient on computers (Outlook, Word, Excel) and interaction with people.
Outside Sales Representative - Territories available throughout US, Canada, Mexico
We are currently seeking experienced, driven and self-motivated sales professionals to join our team. We are looking for experienced sales persons with an impeccable reputation within their respective industry, a proven, stable track record, along with a proven ability for finding qualified leads, developing relationships and closing more business.
With Varier’s multi channel appeal, we are currently looking for experienced furniture reps within the following sub markets: Modern Contemporary, Luxury furnishings, Scandinavian furnishings, recliners, ergonomic and wellness.
This is an excellent opportunity for you, the successful candidate, to use your existing contacts, outgoing personality, and high energy to combine your entrepreneurial spirit, your passion for customer satisfaction, and your existing furniture experience.

The Successful Candidate is expected to:
• Create and maintain strong business relationships with clients, prospects and referral sources
• Increase client satisfaction
• Generate repeat referral business
• Maintain high qualities such as integrity and accountability
• Use good judgment making quick but solid decisions that enhance the growth and reputation of the company.
Skills Required
• Effectively work as an individual as well as part of a team.
• Must be skilled at finding qualified lead sources, building rapport, providing solutions through consultative selling style.
• Must be an excellent presenter for face to face presentations.
• Must have business to business sales experience in the furniture industry.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge
• Strong understanding of all of the products sold by the company.
• Keep pace with current knowledge and changes within the furniture industry, including related products, applications and design concepts
Qualifications
• Candidate will have previous furniture industry sales rep experience.
• A proven track record of successful business to business sales.
• Candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent experience, excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required. MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
